The Western Publishing Association’s (WPA) Board of Directors and members have voted to dissolve the association, effective June 30, 2018.The board is pleased to announce that the Association of Magazine Media (MPA) has agreed to create a special membership offer for current and former WPA members. The MPA is the nation’s leading media association (www.magazine.org) and has long been a valuable ally of the WPA; we greatly appreciate their willingness to create a new membership opportunity for our current and former WPA members moving forward. The association was originally established as a non-profit business association, and was dedicated to advancing excellence in publishing in the western United States.
